Truffle Pasta

For a romantic evening, prepare a delicious truffle pasta dish in just a few minutes. Truffle-scented pasta, a flavorful sauce, a drizzle of truffle oil, a few parmesan shavings – and it’s done! All that’s left is to enjoy…

Preparation: 5 minutes • Cooking: 12 minutes

Ingredients for 2 people

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the truffle stringozzi for 12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, shave the Parmesan.
  4. Drain the pasta, return it to the pot off the heat, and add the sauce.
  5. Once everything is heated through, plate onto two dishes.
  6. Top with Parmesan shavings, a drizzle of truffle oil, and optionally a few fresh truffle slices.
  7. Enjoy immediately!
