Smoked using Petrossian's traditional method and sliced by hand, our smoked salmon has an incomparable tenderness and melt-in-the-mouth texture. It recreates the authentic flavours of traditional smoked salmon. Our hand-sliced smoked salmon has been a symbol of Petrossian's excellence and expertise since 1930.
Smoked salmon is available in slices (approximately 40 to 50 g) or fillets (the number of slices varies depending on how it is cut) and is vacuum-packed for optimal preservation. Our shops also offer large slices of smoked salmon cut to order.
