Truffle Pasta

For a romantic evening, prepare a delicious dish of truffle pasta for your other half in just a few minutes.  Pasta flavoured with truffle, a rich sauce, a drizzle of truffle olive oil, a few shavings of Parmesan cheese, and that’s it! All that’s left to do is enjoy your delicious meal…

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes • Cooking time: 12 minutes

Ingredients for 2 people

 

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to boil.
  2. Cook the Stringozzi truffle pasta for 12 minutes.
  3. While it cooks, use a vegetable peeler to make the Parmesan shavings.
  4. Drain the pasta, then put it back in the saucepan (making sure that the heat is turned off) and add the sauce.
  5. Once everything has warmed through, arrange onto two plates.
  6. Top with Parmesan shavings, a drizzle of truffle olive oil and perhaps some thinly sliced fresh truffle.
  7. Serve immediately!
