Dazzle your guests with a festive appetizer recipe: roasted baby potatoes, topped with rich raw thick cream and delicately enhanced with Daurenki® caviar, renowned for its large golden grains.

Ingredients for 12 bites
- 6 medium baby potatoes
- 125g of Daurenki® caviar
- 100g of raw thick cream
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Cut the baby potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and tender. Let cool.
- Top each half with a spoonful of cream and a spoonful of caviar.
- Serve immediately!
