Let yourself be seduced by these romantic appetizer bites, easy to prepare in no time. Cut your appetizer blinis using a heart-shaped cookie cutter and top them with delicious beet hummus, salmon, fresh vegetables, and some young shoots.
Preparation: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 Coupe du Tsar® natural 500 g
- 1 pack of blinis
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- Some young shoots or fresh herbs
For the beet hummus
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 cooked beetroot
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
For the beet hummus
- Cut the beetroot into pieces, peel and mince the garlic, and squeeze the lemon juice.
- Blend the beetroot with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chickpeas gradually, thin with a little water if needed, taste, and adjust the seasoning.
For assembly
- Use a cookie cutter to cut your blinis into heart shapes.
- Slice your Coupe du Tsar® into thin strips.
- Cut the avocado into small cubes.
- Slice the radishes thinly.
- Grate the lime zest.
- Place a spoonful of beet hummus on the blinis.
- Top with a slice of salmon, avocado cubes, a radish slice, lime zest, and some young shoots.
- Serve immediately.
