After the stores located at La Tour Maubourg and Courcelles, the Comptoir de la Truffe, the corners at La Grande Epicerie, and at the Galeries Lafayette, Petrossian is opening a store in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in the Victor Hugo district. You can find all Petrossian products there, to enjoy on-site or take away.
The Boutique
Located on rue de la Pompe, just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Petrossian Victor Hugo boutique welcomes you in a beautiful setting. Once inside, you will discover wooden furniture and blue decorative elements, with a warm and friendly team at your service.
At the entrance, you will be greeted by a caviar counter, topped with a sky of sturgeons. A few steps to your right, a delicatessen section presents crabs, taramas, bottargas, vodkas, truffle products, pastries, as well as freshly sliced salmon and Maviar tarama prepared every morning with cream. There is also a dining area that continues onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy Petrossian specialties on-site.
On the Menu
The menu includes the famous smoked salmon plates, tasting plates, a selection of caviars, blinis, croque-monsieurs, soft-boiled eggs, tagliatelle, salads… Each dish is prepared on-site using salmon, crab, caviar, or other house specialties.
Tagliatelle with caviar, smoked salmon Eggs Benedict, and the salmon/avocado club sandwich are three must-try dishes. The potato with caviar or salmon roe is also delicious. This dish is made with a large firm-fleshed potato, baked for 1–2 hours, mashed with farm cream, returned to its skin, and topped with caviar or salmon roe. Pair your meal with a glass of Champagne, white wine, or a shot of vodka. For dessert, enjoy the fruit cake, the indulgent walnut shortbread, the Vatrouchka, or the dessert of the day.
You can also visit in the afternoon for tea time. Order a coffee or a tea from a selection curated by Petrossian. Accompany your drink with chocolates and a delicious homemade pastry.
Lunch service is continuous from 12 pm to 5 pm, but reservations are strongly recommended.
