Description

Lightly-cooked goose foie gras, prepared according to the exclusive Petrossian recipe and simply pasteurised, meaning that it's cooked through to a mere 70 to 85°C. Vacuum-packed and to be refrigerated, in order to retain its aromas and smooth texture.

Le foie gras d’oie mi-cuit présente une robe uniforme et une texture à la fois ferme et onctueuse. Parfaitement équilibré, son goût ravira votre palais : s’il peut être dégusté avec un accompagnement, le consommer seul sera tout autant un délice, ce produit se suffisant à lui-même par sa qualité.
