Punjab pink salt with black truffle is a very pure and unrefined salt of Pakistani origin, prepared with 5% Tuber melanosporum. Its rechargeable mill allows you to grind it at the last minute in order to preserve the truffle flavours of the salt. Use it to season your omelettes, mozzarella, smoked fish and roasted vegetables.
