Sucrine Bites with Lobster Tarama

Prepare light, fresh, and tasty appetizer bites by combining the Petrossian lobster tarama with firm and crunchy sucrine lettuce leaves.

Ingredients for 8 bites

 

Instructions

  1. Carefully separate the sucrine leaves, one by one.
  2. Fill each leaf with a generous spoonful of lobster tarama.
  3. Decorate with fresh herbs and/or edible flower petals.
  4. Serve immediately!
