When the world of SISI Bagels crosses that of Petrossian, it is an elegant collision between two worlds that, at first glance, seemed destined never to meet: the urban spontaneity of the bagel and the timeless sophistication of exceptional products. And yet the evidence is undeniable. The bagel becomes a chic, almost couture playground where smoked salmon and caviar converse with creamy textures, fresh herbs and crunchy notes. A collaboration that does not seek to oppose codes, but to layer them like strata of flavour.

An ephemeral pop-up, two signature creations

From 11 to 13 June 2026, from 8:30am to 4pm, the Petrossian salons at 144 rue de l'Université will host this gourmet encounter for the duration of an exclusive pop-up. Three recipes will be on offer: the Salmon Bagel, with lemon-dill whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onions, malossol cornichons and caper leaves — a fresh and structured composition; the Caviar Bagel, exclusive to the pop-up, combining hazelnut oil cream cheese, fresh chives, crumbled egg yolk, cucumber and crushed hazelnuts for a subtly refined play of textures; and finally the Egg & Cheese, the timeless and comforting version of the bagel in its most essential form.
Two creations, a classic and a shared idea: making the bagel a moment of relaxed luxury.
