For salmon and trout roe fans, this new creation will give you something new to discover. Armen Petrossian has developed a new recipe with pike roe, a refined yet uncommon ingredient that has exceptional characteristics. Fished in the Canadian Great Lakes and freshwaters, this wild pike roe has been gently smoked according to our traditional methods and a special technique developed by Petrossian. When tasting, the initial smoky notes soon give way to the freshness and naturally buttery flavour of pike roe. With a beautiful beige colour and a texture that gently pops in your mouth, they're absolute perfection when topped on an oven-warmed blini, on a potato, or even on top of a Buffalo-milk mozzarella.

Un produit magnifique

Le premier contact avec ce produit est inédit pour moi. Plus petits que les œufs de truite et plus onctueux, les œufs du loup des eaux douces ont glissé sur ma langue et laissé une note légèrement iodée, juste salée et parfaitement fumée. Un produit que je recommande. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Il est temps de valoriser nos poissons de rivière souvent délaissés au profit des poissons de mer. Merci pour cette belle découverte.

Un produit à découvrir pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, le caviar de brochet a un goût unique et inimitable.
D'une qualité constante et très bien travaillés, ceux de Petrossian subliment la saveur de ce caviar en apportant une touche fumée qu'on ne retrouve pas dans les oeufs frais.
