More than just a dessert, each piece is handcrafted by our Parisian artisans to offer a culinary work of art. This bold recipe combines a 70% dark chocolate creamy ganache with 15g of Ossetra Tsar Impérial® Caviar, creating a subtle balance between the chocolate with notes of roasted dried fruits and the briny flavor of Ossetra.
