Brunch Hamper

The Brunch Hamper has all the essential ingredients from Petrossian to make a delicious, gourmet brunch: 1835 Pressed Caviar, hand-sliced smoked salmon, large blinis, strawberry jam and a Uncle Garnic® Tea.
The 1835 Pressed Caviar is a thick, intense caviar paste with a powerful, iodised flavour which is ideal for cooking. We recommend opening the tin of 1835 Pressed Caviar half an hour beforehand to let it breathe and bring it to room temperature. This will ensure the perfect required texture for tasting this caviar paste.

With this kit, you can make boiled eggs and bread fingers with 1835 Pressed Caviar, fluffy pancakes with smoked salmon and chocolate cake with tea icing.
