Cercle d'Excellence: A Composition in Black & Gold by Ilane Tinchant

Ilane Tinchant, the Iodine Precision of a Rising Star

Ilane Tinchant has established himself as one of the rising talents of the French gastronomic scene. Revealed to the general public through Top Chef 2025, he has since confirmed his ascent by earning one Michelin Star in the 2026 Michelin Guide for his restaurant L’Oursin.

His cuisine unfolds like a journey: Mediterranean, deeply rooted in the sea, and focused on the essentials. He works with ingredients with almost musical precision, seeking the perfect balance between intensity, freshness and depth. Between land and sea, technique and intuition, Ilane Tinchant has crafted a distinctive culinary identity, where every dish becomes a sensitive interpretation of nature.

A Four-Handed Experience Between Excellence and Emotion

This collaboration between Ilane Tinchant and the Cercle d’Excellence is the natural meeting point of two exceptional worlds. On one side, Petrossian, the historic House renowned for gastronomic refinement and exceptional caviar. On the other, a contemporary chef whose remarkable rise is driven by a sensitive and precise vision of cuisine.

Together, they have created an evening where gastronomy becomes an experience, and every moment is savoured like a rare note, suspended between heritage and modernity.
