Caviar and vodka Cocktail

Refresh yourself with this caviar cocktail, the Tsar Petrossian cocktail. This cocktail with classic Petrossian vodka also works very well with Beluga caviar vodka.

 

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 1 cocktail

• 5 cl classic Petrossian vodka (or beluga caviar vodka)
  
• 20 cl Tonic Water
• A dash of lime juice
• Lime zest
• Some cucumber slices
• A dash of cucumber syrup (optional)

 

Method

1. Choose a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes.
2. Add lime juice, Tonic Water, and optionally cucumber syrup.
3. Add the vodka and stir with a bar spoon.
4. Garnish with a cucumber slice. Serve your Tsar Petrossian cocktail well chilled.
