This recipe for soft-boiled eggs with caviar is a simple and elegant way to enjoy caviar. It is perfect for a brunch or an impromptu dinner.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 eggs
- 50 g of caviar of your choice
- 2 slices of sliced smoked salmon
- Slices of country bread
- Salted butter
- 5 cl of white vinegar
Method
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil, then add the vinegar.
- Carefully place the eggs in the water and cook for 3 minutes once the water returns to a boil.
- Meanwhile, prepare the soldiers by spreading butter and smoked salmon on the bread slices.
- Cut into strips. Serve with the caviar and soft-boiled eggs.
