Discover our Eggxiting®, a little jar of caviar with an individual tasting spoon. It's everyone's favourite caviar when away from the classic dinner table, for example at an aperitif, at a reception, or for a romantic dinner. Petrossian invented this new way of presenting caviar in 2006.
Which caviar should you choose? The Eggxiting® can be personalised with your choice of caviar:
Daurenki® caviar hailing from the Amur river has firm eggs and a creamy texture. It’s available in the Royal selection for an initiation to caviar, or in the Tsar Impérial selection with more delicate aromas, intended for caviar connoisseurs.
The famous Ossetra caviar features a wide range of aromas and a perfect, firm yet meltingly soft texture. The Royal selection is ideal for an initiation to caviar. The Tsar Impérial selection is every caviar lover’s favourite.
Baïka® caviar has the smallest and blackest eggs. It has a meltingly sweet taste that’s subtly mineral and briny. In the Royal selection, the briny flavour is dominant and it has a soft, melting texture. In the Tsar Impérial selection it has briny yet woody and mineral notes and the eggs are larger and firmer.
What is the difference between Royal and Tsar Impérial? Choose the Royal selection for a good first impression of caviar, with pure flavours and melt-in-the-mouth texture. For caviar connoisseurs, opt for the Tsar Impérial selection with well-rounded flavours and the perfect texture.
