HOW TO GET ADVICES ?

Our website gives you reference information about caviar and precise details about most of our products. You can also call our main parisian boutique (left bank) for any personnalised tips, or contact us by email.

HOW TO BUY CAVIAR ONLINE ?

All products with a "add to basket" button are available and buyable online. Products noted "contact us" or "in shop only" can only be bought from our shops.

To proceed to checkout, click on the "order checkout" button, you will therefore be guided through the very easy ordering process. You can add or delete products from your shopping basket at any time, until you have proceeded to payment.

 

HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR MAIN SHOP ?

Our main shop will take care of all special orders and specific services (customed smoked salmon cut, caviar tin of more than 1kg, exceptionnal delivery...).

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is only made by express service, Chrono Fresh in France, and UPS for Europe, to insure you the best available service. Our packages are discret, with no mention of any kind of our brand or its content.

Any order paid by bank card or Paypal will be delivered on your wished date (precised during the ordering process). Orders paid by check or bank transfer will wait until payment is made before it is shipped.

 

ORDER FOLLOW UP AND SHIPMENT TRACKING

We proceed ourselves to shipment tracking as soon as anything happens. Our Digital Customer Service is at your disposal to inform you.

 

DELIVERY

It is crucial that the recipient shall be there for delivery. Don't hesitate to give your office address for delivery. Our packages can support a half day at room temperature if sent by UPS. If sent by Chrono Fresh, put products in the fridge as soon as received. No mention of Petrossian or its content is written on the parcel.

If you wish to send a gift, please make sure that the address you enter is accurate, and also that the recipient shall be there for delivery.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Fresh products can neither be returned nor exchanged.  For all other products, you have a 15 days delay to contact our Digital Customer Service in order to arrange their return. We invite you to read our Terms and Conditions of sales for further details.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND COOKIES

Petrossian is very concerned about protecting its customer's confidentiality, in a secured ordering environment, and never share its customers data. For more information, please read our Confidentiality Policy page.

Please note that cookies acceptance is mandatory to be able to order from our website. In case you would not accept cookies, you can still order by phone from our main parisian shop.
