Create a gourmet starter with this recipe of black bread toasts, fresh cheese, radishes and Petrossian smoked salmon. Enhance your plate with some dill, edible flowers, and wild salmon roe.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 slices of black bread
- 2 slices of Petrossian smoked salmon
- 120 g fresh cheese
- 2 tbsp Petrossian wild salmon roe
- ¼ blue radish
- ¼ green radish
- Some edible flowers
- Some sprigs of dill
Instructions
- Lightly toast the black bread slices.
- Cut them with a round cutter (10-12 cm in diameter).
- Work the fresh cheese to soften the texture.
- Spread the cheese on the toasts and place half a slice of smoked salmon on each.
- Wash the radishes, thinly slice them with a mandoline, cut circles of 2 and 3 cm, and place them on the toasts together with the wild salmon roe, flowers, and dill sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
