This soft-boiled egg recipe with Alverta caviar allows you to enjoy caviar simply. It is perfect for brunch or an impromptu dinner.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 eggs
- 50 g Alverta® Royal Petrossian caviar
- 2 slices Petrossian smoked salmon
- Country bread slices
- Salted butter
- 5 cl white vinegar
Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the vinegar.
- Gently add the eggs and cook for 3 minutes after the water returns to a boil.
- Meanwhile, prepare the soldiers by spreading butter and smoked salmon on the bread.
- Cut into sticks. Serve with Alverta® Royal caviar and soft-boiled eggs.
