Soft-Boiled Eggs with Alverta Caviar

This soft-boiled egg recipe with Alverta caviar allows you to enjoy caviar simply. It is perfect for brunch or an impromptu dinner.

 

Preparation: 5 minutes • Cooking: 3 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g Alverta® Royal Petrossian caviar
  • 2 slices Petrossian smoked salmon
  • Country bread slices
  • Salted butter
  • 5 cl white vinegar

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the vinegar.
  2. Gently add the eggs and cook for 3 minutes after the water returns to a boil.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the soldiers by spreading butter and smoked salmon on the bread.
  4. Cut into sticks. Serve with Alverta® Royal caviar and soft-boiled eggs.
