Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 Coupe du Tsar® Caucasian style 500 g
  • 1 medium black radish
  • 1 medium Greenmeat radish
  • Some coriander flowers or leaves
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  1. Wash the radishes.
  2. Slice the radishes thinly (not too thin so the bites hold) and evenly, ideally with a Japanese mandoline.
  3. Julienne the Greenmeat radish into thin sticks.
  4. Cut the Coupe du Tsar® Caucasian style into 1–1.5 cm cubes.
  5. On each black radish slice, place some julienned radish, a salmon cube, and create small "gardens" of sprouts and herbs around it.
  6. Adjust the seasoning and serve as light bites for your aperitif.

Salmon tip?

The Coupe du Tsar® Caucasian style is a smoked salmon fillet marinated in a blend of spices, including the famous coriander. For more freshness, choose dill salmon, for an earthy touch the truffle salmon, or the plain smoked salmon to marinate yourself with your favorite spices.
