Create a fresh and summery dish with this sea bream tartare, served with a refreshing cucumber broth and enhanced with a few dollops of Daurenki® caviar. To accentuate the briny notes of the caviar, season the sea bream with a touch of Fleur de Caviar®.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 sea bream fillets
- 50 g Daurenki® caviar
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fleur de Caviar®
- Edible flower petals and microgreens
- Fleur de sel
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, cut into large chunks, blend, and strain through a fine sieve to collect the juice. Lightly season with salt.
- Cut the sea bream fillets into tartare pieces.
- Season with Fleur de Caviar® and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Carefully arrange on a plate, garnish with Daurenki® caviar, flower petals, and microgreens. Pour the cucumber juice around.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
