Sea Bream Tartare with Cucumber Broth and Caviar

Create a fresh and summery dish with this sea bream tartare, served with a refreshing cucumber broth and enhanced with a few dollops of Daurenki® caviar. To accentuate the briny notes of the caviar, season the sea bream with a touch of Fleur de Caviar®.

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, cut into large chunks, blend, and strain through a fine sieve to collect the juice. Lightly season with salt.
  2. Cut the sea bream fillets into tartare pieces.
  3. Season with Fleur de Caviar® and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Carefully arrange on a plate, garnish with Daurenki® caviar, flower petals, and microgreens. Pour the cucumber juice around.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
