Zucchini Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon

Create a very fresh, no-cook recipe in about ten minutes with these zucchini tagliatelle complemented with Petrossian smoked salmon. Season with olive oil, lemon, basil, and Parmesan for a highly flavorful and delicious dish.

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini (peeling is not necessary).
  2. Juice the lemons.
  3. Cut the Parmesan into shavings.
  4. Wash and chop the basil.
  5. Slice the salmon into strips.
  6. Use a vegetable peeler to make zucchini tagliatelle.
  7. Season the zucchini with olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.
  8. Arrange the zucchini tagliatelle on plates. Add the smoked salmon strips, basil, and Parmesan shavings.
  9. Serve immediately.
