Create a very fresh, no-cook recipe in about ten minutes with these zucchini tagliatelle complemented with Petrossian smoked salmon. Season with olive oil, lemon, basil, and Parmesan for a highly flavorful and delicious dish.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 4 medium zucchini
- 120 g whole Parmesan
- ½ bunch basil
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons
- Fleur de sel, freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Wash the zucchini (peeling is not necessary).
- Juice the lemons.
- Cut the Parmesan into shavings.
- Wash and chop the basil.
- Slice the salmon into strips.
- Use a vegetable peeler to make zucchini tagliatelle.
- Season the zucchini with olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the zucchini tagliatelle on plates. Add the smoked salmon strips, basil, and Parmesan shavings.
- Serve immediately.
