- 50 g Baeri Baïka® Tsar Impérial® caviar
- 1 burrata (250 g)
- 1 pack mini blinis
- Marigold petals
Method
- Divide the burrata into four, then cut each quarter into six pieces.
- Lightly warm the blinis and top with burrata, caviar and a marigold petal.
- Serve immediately.
