Tinned Whole Goose Foie Gras
A goose foie gras with preserved flavours
This whole goose foie gras is tinned to preserve its freshness and aromas for longer. For a beautiful presentation, take the tin out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving and turn it out on a chopping board. Slice your foie gras with a cheese wire or a thin bladed knife previously soaked in hot water. Serve with a sprinkle of corase sea salt, onion or fig jam.
